tbk is adding to our team of Canada’s best with the addition of a Marketing & Sales Coordinator. This role reports to the CEO, VP, and Director and works alongside our team of talented team of developers, designers, and digital managers.

This exciting role pairs your existing marketing experience with being integral in sales meetings, quoting work and handing off the work once started. This is not an outbound sales role – instead, it’s handling all inbound leads and coordinating effectively.

You are handling all the marketing for tbk, one of Canada’s top digital marketing agencies. This means managing our marketing schedule of print, webinars, giving, digital advertising, social media, and more, and reporting KPI’s to the senior leadership team.

You are also handling the marketing for AODA Online, a sister company to tbk managed internally at tbk. The same as above, you’re managing all marketing initiatives and reporting for AODA Online.

And finally, you’re supporting the sales process internally at tbk. This does not mean selling – instead, it’s lead management, proposal writing, quoting, and meeting coordination.

In this role you’ll see end to end your sales and marketing initiatives. From the idea of a webinar topic, to registrations, to being in the sales meeting that came from that webinar, to preparing the final service agreement – in each step you’ll be involved and will pass along the project to tbk’s accounts team once a new project is started.

This role is in London, Ontario, Canada.

Your skills and experience:

  • A genuine interest in business and performance – you read to better your communication, business and marketing skills
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to author sales proposals from beginning to end
  • Topnotch time management skills – you are able to effectively schedule and run meetings with C-suite executives
  • A strong portfolio managing brands and marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels and their uses and value
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present designs and build alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent tactical visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience
  • Ability to weigh competing factors to prioritize product design initiatives effectively
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level education in business or marketing
  • 3+ years of work experience in sales and marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in InDesign for proposal management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for quote writing
