The Business Analyst is a vital link between project team requirements, application development activities and our business objectives. They play a valuable role in understanding business drivers, extracting insight from diverse stakeholders, and translating it all into actionable tasks and successful business outcomes.

This role qualifies for a flexible work arrangement that optimizes the effectiveness of remote working as well as the value of staying connected and balanced.

About the Role

• Develop and maintain a deep subject matter expertise in our use of Salesforce, ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
• Define and document business requirements and translate them into configuration specifications and project milestones.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders ensuring that requirements, risks, potential obstacles, and outcomes are clearly understood.
• Leverage data to support decision making and feature planning.
• Conduct research into industry and technology solutions to support business objectives and product improvements.
• Ensure that our stakeholders are deriving maximum value from our efforts through effective training and facilitation of power-user development.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Salesforce environment would be considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
• Bachelor's degree and/or certification in related technical field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, sound judgement, and decision-making skills. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven customer service orientation and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Applied project and change management best practices with exceptional organization, problem solving, and time management skills. 
• Ability to adapt easily and quickly to changing priorities, responsibilities, needs and expectations.
