THE OPPORTUNITY

As our research manager, you will:

• Oversee content creation to support existing and new products for HRdownloads, including articles, infographics, reports, training courses, and more!
• Ensure legislative compliance and alignment of content with HR industry best practices.
• Oversee the development and release of engaging, informative, and highly effective learning courses.
• Manage internal and external requests for new content, updates, and other inquiries.
• Monitor the marketplace to ensure we are on the leading edge of content that we offer to our clients, bringing forward ideas to elevate our content offerings.
• Support the execution and analysis of client research to further support rationale for product development and positioning within the HR marketplace.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations and workflow of the research team.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure success and professional growth of employees.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to support timely release of content.

ABOUT YOU

You are a professional who:

• Is knowledgeable regarding human resources management, legislation, and best practices.
• Has at least 5 years of progressive human resources experience with direct people management.
• Degree or diploma in business, human resources, or a related field of study.
• Exemplary research, analysis, editorial, and professional writing skills required.
• Has experience with the development of policies, training, and other HR-related content.
• Is process oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Strong experience with content management processes, procedures, tools, and best practices.
• Has project management experience.

It’s a bonus if you:

• Have your CHRP or CHRL.
• Have experience with developing learning materials.
• Have knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Are fluent in French!
