The Opportunity:
 

Reporting into the global head of marketing for the E&E business line, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement marketing strategies for the Earth & Environment business., In close collaboration with the Global Brand Marketing team and Regional Marketing Communication Leaders, you’ll work with a team of experts from around the world, bringing Earth & Environment campaigns to life. You’ll help develop stories about amazing projects, craft content for social media and our website, develop presentations and other materials, work on events, coordinate photoshoots, create pitches for press, work on ads for media, prepare nominations for awards and industry rankings, and help bring our leading environmental brand to life.

A day in the life:
You'll be supporting and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for the Global E&E Business line through collaboration and partnership across business sectors and business lines and in close collaboration with Regional E&E Marketing and Communication stakeholders.
In a dynamic and fast paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to lend your skills to the full marketing spectrum, from content development to social media strategy and execution, website planning and updates, newsletters, webinars and more!
You will use your strong communications skills as you assist in the development of creative awareness tactics that are integrated across all fields of marketing and communications, including media relations, digital media, live events, employee communication, and advertising.
You’ll be developing clear and compelling content for internal and external audiences to support campaign objectives.
You apply your critical thinking skills to overcome challenges and pride yourself on quality work
You’ll see campaigns through from ideation and development onto execution and monitoring, working as part of a collaborative team of stakeholders to achieve business objectives
 
What you'll bring to WSP ...
A Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred but not essential and intermediate (4-8 years) experience in a related field
You are a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, while also being comfortable with taking direction and executing on a vision
An understanding of the B2B environment and experience in professional service marketing is essential.
You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
You are confident using MS Office, Teams, SharePoint & Canva, and are willing and able to learn new tools
You are social media savvy
Experience in SiteCore, Unily, and Sprout considered an asset
You are eager to learn, positive, collaborative, and professional
You are comfortable navigating in a changing environment
