 In this role, you will:

  • Be an outstanding leader for a team of technical specialists (at least 5). Support career development/aspirations and grow headcount to support future growth.

  • Maintain a fleet of pilot equipment with approximate asset value of >$3M, including managing the budget and ensuring equipment is ready to deploy when needed.

  • Oversee performance testing of pilot equipment in order to develop performance equations that aid in project specific equipment selection

  • Support Development of new products and processes, including, but not limited to UV and Filtration by providing assets, resources, and technical expertise and collaboration to other functions within Trojan.

  • Manage 3rd Party resources as needed to assist with equipment build, installation, and refurbishment

  • Support Sales and external contacts through input on commercial or technical issues in UV and filtration applications.  Apply commercial savvy and technical expertise to improve Trojan’s win rate. 

  • Use, understand, and train others in the use of Veralto Enterprise System tools.  Sustain team Visual Daily Management and Bowlers.

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field of Engineering or technology

  • 10+ years of experience as a contributor, or leader, in a technical team focusing on ultraviolet or membrane filtration

  • Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels – ability to present complex, technical, or difficult messages clearly and persuasively

  • Ability to lead a mature team of professionals and continue to develop their careers

  • Strong commercial acumen and customer centric mindset

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize clearly and manage a finite resource pool

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year
