Product Data Management Specialist

Position Summary

The creation and maintenance of part numbers and bill of materials within ERP system.  Coordination of product documentation and labels.

Accountabilities

• Execute changes as defined by the Engineering Release and Change Management Process 
• Execute changes as defined by Technical Publication Releases
• Coordinate changes across multiple internal functions
• Participate and report daily performance at FF QDIP
• Drive continuous improvement on process KPI’s

Measures of Performance

• On time processing of ECN’s and Tech Pub updates based on priority

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
