Role Description:
Would you like to contribute to the growth of one of Canada's largest and most respected insurance companies? Seize the opportunity by joining Canada Life’s Digital Hub.
We are a fast-paced, innovative and curious team. We are looking for a talented and dynamic digital content editor.
The selected candidate will have experience in editing, translating, proofreading and preparing content for francophones in Quebec.
What you will do:

Revise and edit translated material for accuracy, consistency and clarity

Adapt texts to optimize user experience on various platforms (websites, mobile applications, etc.)

Occasionally provide brief translations from English to French at a moment's notice

Ensure that the content is consistent with the brand image of Canada Life

Participate in user testing by working closely with the stakeholders involved in each project

Work with the Digital Hub team to meet the company's business objectives

Contribute to the implementation and review of digital communication guidelines
What you will bring:

Perfect command of French and thorough knowledge of English

Post-secondary degree in translation, literature, communication or a related field

High attention to detail and interest in financial services and insurance
-
Excellent editing and proofreading skills, especially within a digital context
-
Excellent writing skills in French and proficient knowledge of writing tools

Aptitude for teamwork and strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of best practices for user experience (UX)
