Position Purpose

The role of the Workshops quality director is to deliver and sustain on standardized consulting level workshop deliverables that position our workshop deliveries, research and services for maximum impact in our member base. You'll help drive qualitative, reusable workshop deliverable templates development, adoption, increase member engagement and usage/consumption of our content and services.

You will utilize our research blueprints to develop and publish the standard workshop outputs that workshop specialists, research analysts use to deliver the standardized outputs for all our workshops to provide industry standard deliverables.

What you will do, includes, but not limited to:

You should have a strong grasp of current tools, technologies and be able to build and publish the workshop deliverables for our leading workshops by working with Research leads, workshop specialists, product managers, and publication team. Your primary goal is to take ownership on quality deliverable templates for each of our most popular workshops.

You will plan and execute the standardized workshops deliverables content that focus on consulting level quality that should be reusable, insightful, and impactful to our workshops deliveries and members.

  • Build, maintain and organize the workshop deliverable templates.
  • Work under the guidance of Sr. Director, workshops and quality
  • Acts like a product owner for the workshop outputs templates deliverables
  • Identify trends and insights, and improve quality of deliverables with benchmarking
  • Develop quality checklists that can be utilized by workshop delivery leads
  • Quality audits of workshop outputs on frequent basis and the results should be included in regular reporting and shared with workshops and research teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support departmental goal achievements
  • Collect the feedback from the workshop leads and incorporate into the development & maintenance of templates

Research

  • Interviewing Subject Matter Experts, Research analysts, Workshop specialist finding and documenting the baselining requirements, and using the information gathered to generate workshop outputs templates getting published.
  • Cultivating feedbacks & insights from customers and feed into updating the output templates for publish on our website and use by Info-Tech Members.
  • Keep doing research market and see how other advisory firms are delivering the workshop contents and benchmark.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Support

  • Provide subject matter expertise to Sales, Workshop Delivery, Consulting, Public Relations & Marketing teams as needed.

To be successful, you will need:

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree in management or a engineering related field, with 7 to 10 years of consulting experience in writing and publishing the IT research
  • Broader practical experience in developing and publishing consulting level reports in Applications, Infrastructure, security, Data and Architecture.
  • Proven ability to develop, deliver, and enable content cross-functionally
  • Strong writing abilities (that engages, motivates, and creates action across various touchpoints such as PowerPoints, web content, excels).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, while also being an excellent communicator and project manager.
  • Research centric, with a strong ability to understand various IT domains.
  • Strong stakeholder management and understanding of the needs of stakeholders at various levels and functions in the organization.
  • Hands on experience with MS Office, SF, Content generators, Google Analytics are preferred.
  • Presentation and facilitation experience demonstrated through prior client-facing workshops, training sessions, and consulting engagements.
  • History of strong relationship building and management skills. Experience gaining and maintaining trusted advisor status with senior management and C-level executives.
  • Limited travel, occasionally would support workshop delivery.
  • Must be eligible to obtain appropriate work Visa for cross-border work within North America and globally.
  • Must be available for after-hours work periodically to service EMEA / APAC clients
