We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team!

Your duties:

  • Develop and build a content strategy based on performance data and metrics and prioritize why and when content should be made.
  • Develop impactful content & thought leadership content around key themes and anchor assets to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and earned media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, partnerships, and sales teams to develop content plans and calendars.
  • Drive an audience-first mindset and create and suggest focus on assets, including reports, blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, infographics, and other thought leadership content to grow top-of-funnel leads and brand awareness.
  • Ensure writing style and messaging are developed and maintained with a customer-centric point of view.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in marketing (in-house or agency), with experience in content strategy development, execution, and distribution with a focus on owned channels
  • Demonstrated results through well-defined measurement of content-driven growth strategies
  • Experience partnering and influencing cross-functionally
  • Produced content for desktop, mobile web, and in-product, including an understanding of information architecture and web content best practices
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology tools that enable dynamic content personalization and retargeting
  • Up-to-date-knowledge of SEO best practices and growth strategies
  • Genuine interest in storytelling and building an audience for SMBs.
  • French language capability is a plus
