Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities
• Performing office management duties.
• Provide administrative and logistical support.
• Assist with ordering and receiving equipment or supplies.
• Ensure all parties involved with projects and proposals are kept up to date with progress.
• Give support before/ during/ after meetings, sometimes including minutes, attendee reminders, materials, correspondence, agendas, and invites.
• Assist in liaising with clients (both current and potential), employment agencies, and other institutions.
• Draft client agreements and coordinate with accounting to ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Help with extra time necessities, like ordering suppers, assisting in software testing, etc.
• Continually seek to create efficiencies and improvements in the office environment.

Required Skills and Experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with instinctual desire to follow-up.
• Built-in AI that can interpret instruction but also sees and does what needs doing.
• Either knows Word, Excel and their Google counterparts or learns new software as easily as a digital sponge.
• 1+ years as an Office Administrator, Operations Assistant or similar position.

Other Details
• You must be willing to relocate or commute to London, Ontario.
