JOB TITLE:
Student Affairs Intake Assistant - Job Reference #202407-08
 
DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent will:
·provide excellent reception to students, parents, staff, and faculty in a multi-stimuli and highly interruptive environment requiring high-level interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
·Require a professional manner, initiative, diplomacy, tact, confidentiality, good judgement, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
·Responsible for the creation and maintenance of file involving data entry in an electronic record keeping database. 
·Manages ACSD email account.
·Responsible for ensuring that sensitive, and confidential material and disclosures are handled in a discreet and thoughtful manner.
·Provides administrative assistance to the Associate Director of Student Wellness and Dean of Students.
·Oversees the distribution of accessible ergonomic equipment and ensures assigned classrooms meet the required needs of students registered with Accessibility Services.
  • ·With the Associate Director of Student Wellness, manages requests for student records.
·Maintains office supplies inventory for ACSD by checking stock to determine inventory levels and anticipating needed supplies.
·Other Duties as assigned
 *This position requires the successful candidate to work in-person, on-campus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will:
·Be a College graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
·Be familiar with Peoplesoft, advanced proficiency in MS Office programs
·Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
·Mental Health First Aid; SafeTALK preferred.
·Flexibility, and the ability to work and function in a multi-stimuli and highly interruptive environment.
 
·Must be organized and have excellent time-management skills and strong attention to detail                                               
TYPE OF JOB:
Full-time (35 hours per week)
 
EFFECTIVE DATE:
To be determined
 
SALARY RANGE:
SSG 08 - $52,070 - $63,441 per annum, dependent on experience
