Description

We’re looking to hire a creative, tech-savvy Field Marketing Specialist who will help us run personalized and effective marketing programs to drive engagement across key prospecting accounts in our sales territories. With a successful track record of fostering valuable partnerships with sales and helping them hit their quotas, the field marketer will work with the sales and strategy teams to identify the right companies in their regions and develop a mix of campaign activities to help drive conversion to sales opportunities and ultimately closed business. You should have a background in both modern, demand marketing techniques as well as strong campaign management skills, and above all are excited to directly impact new business revenue.

Please Note - We are open to remote candidates located in Canada or the US.

What you'll do:

  • Define a region and industry-specific marketing plan that supports our sales strategy.
  • Deliver against the marketing plan for your assigned sales territory, through several marketing channels including but not limited to account-based efforts, direct mail, sales collateral, prospect targeting, and more.
  • Inform regional planning process and define marketing plans to create/accelerate opportunities, build executive relationships, and impact conversion on key accounts.
  • Regularly participate in sales team calls and planning sessions.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and in house industry experts.
  • Align all regional marketing activities to support the sales goals for marketing qualified accounts and opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing teams to manage measurement of program’s impact through Salesforce reporting.

Desirable skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • 3+ years of related marketing experience
  • A strong understanding of the B2B sales environment
  • Excellent communicator and project manager
  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote teams.
  • Experience with SalesLoft, HubSpot, or Account-Based Marketing tech is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
