Bilingual Customer Account Specialist

Your Job

As a Customer Account Specialist, you will be a key contributor in demonstrating Paystone’s values and solutions to help maintain client satisfaction and promote Customer Driven Growth. Your key responsibility will be to connect with existing Paystone clients to improve engagement and expand customer value!

Your Focus

  • Help manage the customer experience through things like in-app messaging, email campaigns, and human touchpoints
  • Handle account closure requests
  • Brainstorm and execute engagement and retention strategies
  • Helping prevent and save canceled accounts
  • Escalate complex issues to our product team and work closely with them to find a resolution
  • Gather and distill feedback from customers and share with our leadership and product team
  • Manage client upgrades and ongoing requests

 
Who You Are

  • Being obsessed with customers, and putting them first
  • You are a relationships “person” and know how to retain customers
  • Strong communicator. You have no problem picking up the phone and talking to customers directly to help solve problems
  • You learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness
  • People would describe you as persuasive & charismatic
  • You effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels — from executives to end-users
  • Your superpowers are in creative problem solving
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)
  • CRM experience (ie: Salesforce)
  • Experience in sales or customer success roles with a focus on retention/upgrades is an asset
  •  Experience in Fin-tech is an asset
