The question is: Are you in? 

Preferably located in London, ON or Kitchener, ON, this role is a hybrid with a combination of in office and remote work available. 

Primary responsibilities:   

• Lead the monthly close process
• Prepare year-end working papers and analysis, and liaise with auditors
• Collaborate with external accountants on US and Canadian tax return preparation
• Manage our US sales tax and reporting processes
• Participate in some treasury activities including FX hedging
• Provide mentorship, training, and support within the team 
• Provide insight and recommendations on financial issues effecting the business

Qualifications

• CPA (strongly preferred)
• Post-secondary degree in finance, business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a financial accounting and reporting role
• Strong attention to detail
