We are seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to work directly with pet owners to help them coordinate in-home veterinary bookings and sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing warm lead bookings over the phone, help develop great customer relationships, and use cutting edge technology to easily set up Vet visits across the US. 

Responsibilities:
  • Properly document and track results of all conversations with customer warm leads
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Manage leads and bookings using Salesforce CRM platform
  • Communicate with potential customers, consistently maintain a high number of outbound calls, be highly organized and following up on vet appointment lead inquiries
  •  Answer questions and provide high-quality service to existing and prospective leads
  • Staying informed about the companies evolving products and services

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role 
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbal and written
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer software, CRM management and GSuite experience a strong asset 
  • Some shift work and weekend work will be required
