This is a hybrid position, working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week. Must be in a commutable distance to our site in London, Ontario.


About the Service Coordinator role:

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to provide an exceptional customer experience for both internal and external customers. You will have pride knowing that our products and services at Trojan Technologies play vital roles in improving the various stages of the water treatment process. Our ideal candidate will have proven organizational skills as well as the ability to speak tactfully with both internal and external customers. You will support a Project Manager, working both independently and in a supportive team setting where collaboration is valued.

 

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager and working closely with the Commissioning Project Manager, the Service Coordinator will provide project support and deliverables. This Service Coordinator will develop a deep understanding of Municipal and Industrial products and reviewing customer specifications. We will rely on you to know the scope of supply and project summary, support project budget management, scheduling, and preparing and processing service documentation.  As part of the Service Operations team, this role defines and delivers value to Trojan’s customers to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

  • Review project specifications, the scope of supply and project summary to drive transparency, quality, and fulfillment throughout the project startup process

  • Supports service, using product and project knowledge along with service tools to support successful, timely and on budget startups and service visits

  • Maintains service databases, completes service administrative tasks, order entry and providing feedback to customers and technicians in a timely manner

  • Supports Commissioning Project Manager to complete project activities and deliverables including the generation, submittal and review of work orders and commissioning documents

  • Manages Channel Partner Technicians and Trojan Technicians field schedules to ensure customer’s schedule and requirements are met and continually providing feedback to all parties involved

  • Drives continuous improvement to technical documents and field related processes

 

Are you qualified?

  • Post-secondary education in relevant field

  • 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
