As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure our physical space reflects the same level of excellence as our digital creations.   As the Facilities Manager, you will be the mastermind behind the scenes, responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of our studio facilities. From managing office space layouts to overseeing maintenance schedules, your role will be critical in creating a conducive environment where our talented teams can thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Renovation Management:
•    Plan and coordinate renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
•    Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
•    Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Vendor Coordination:
•    Identify and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
•    Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective services.
•    Regularly evaluate vendor performance and address any issues.
Budget Negotiation and Management:
•    Develop and manage budgets for facility-related projects and ongoing operations.
•    Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety standards.
Building Facilities Maintenance:
•    Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of the facilities.
•    Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
•    Implement preventative maintenance programs.
Health and Safety Compliance:
•    Develop and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
•    Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
•    Provide safety training to staff and respond to emergencies as needed.
Front Office Management:
•    Manage front office operations and staff.
•    Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
•    Address any issues related to office infrastructure and functionality.
Event Setups:
•    Oversee and assist in the setup and breakdown of company events and meetings.
•    Ensure all logistical aspects, including AV equipment, seating, and catering, are arranged seamlessly.

REQUIREMENTS

•    3 plus years in a Facilities Manager or in a similar role.
•    Experience with office renovations required.
•    Strong project management and negotiation skills.
•    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
•    Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in relevant software applications.
