As a member of our marketing team, you will be contributing to the growth of our brands across digital platforms including Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok as well as our ability to share the Diply story with our audiences, our advertisers and our partners.

This is the right role for you if you have…

  • post-secondary education in Graphic Design with a focus on branding and marketing, or an equivalent design degree
  • a minimum of 3 years’ experience working on consumer-oriented brands across multiple digital platforms with an excellent foundation in typography, graphic design and branding
  • wicked Illustrator, Photoshop and other graphic design software skills and an impressive portfolio of design work completed for brands that live on digital platforms
  • an innate ability to take input from team members on creative ideas and put your own spin on it, maximizing the impact of your designs every time in alignment with brand guidelines
  • flexibility to work on a range of brands, each with their own personalities as well as contribute to corporate sales and communications initiatives
  • the hustle required to get quality projects done in a timely manner, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and the competing demands of internal clients
  • a high interest in designing compelling creative work that connects with audiences and increases engagement 
  • a strong orientation towards team work including the know-how to work smart within constraints while advocating for excellent design standards every step of the way
     

About this role…

This is a brand new role at Diply that is responsible for providing dedicated design support to our marketing, sales and brand management team while working closely with our Product Technical Design team which specializes in User Interface / User Experience. Reporting to the Director, Brand Management, this role is responsible for executing creative projects, graphic design deliverables, marketing and sales campaigns, and the visual evolution of our brands.

Diply has offices in both Toronto and London (ON), and our preference is to hire for either of these regions (or close to). During this time, all staff members are working from home until further notice.
