Libro is seeking a passionately accountable Digital Marketing Coordinator (1 year contract) focusing on developing and delivering compelling and effective user experiences through our web and digital marketing channels to achieve business objectives.
 
This role is eligible for flexible work arrangements.  The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 2 days per week from our London Administration office.
 
The Epic Human we’re looking for will:
  • Maintain and enhance Libro’s website properties to keep information current and improve performance.
  • Ensure Libro’s website provides exceptional user experience and engagement with the Libro brand (i.e. easy to navigate, demonstrates our value proposition, aligns with Brand Guidelines).
  • Utilizing insights and analytics be proactive to find, diagnose and fix problems on the site.
  • Play an active role in monitoring, tracking and optimizing results across web and digital marketing channels.
  • Ensure website content complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
  • Work with respective Agencies and Vendors on complex page/web builds and to ensure site and campaigns are optimized and set up for Search and Performance Tracking  
  • Monitor and implement developing technology, media and industry trends as it applies to business objectives.
  • Assist with online advertising strategies and tactics to support marketing objectives.
  • Support social media activities including posting, monitoring and responding.
  • Provide backup support to the Digital Marketing Specialist.
Education & Experience:
  • Minimum requirement of a college diploma with a focus in the areas of marketing, digital media or web/computer science technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing environment an asset.
Requirements:
  • Expert technical knowledge of web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, content management systems and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Working knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Optimize
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Knowledge of video equipment including cameras, mics, lighting and video and audio editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Audacity is an asset, but not required
  • Familiarity with social media marketing including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Demonstrates the ability to think creatively, work independently, prioritize duties, meet deadlines and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines.
  • Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement; demonstrates a lean champion mindset.
  • Demonstrates the ability to portray a professional image that supports and reflects the “Be Libro” statements and promotes the culture and brand identity of the organization.
