Position Location: Hybrid. Headquartered in London ON

At Voices we are evolving our Customer Success team! We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the team that will focus on onboarding new clients and ensuring they have the best possible experience with our platform.

 

You will combine your customer service skills with your drive to generate repeat business, resulting in engaged and loyal customers who will continue to hire freelance talent through the Voices platform. Although this is not a sales role, you will be working closely with Account Managers and Account Executives from the sales team.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Proudly and professionally represent Voices when working with clients by providing precise explanations of the services that we offer
  • Establish solid rapport with clients and provide value at every interaction, over the phone and by email
  • Help customers receive value quickly by managing product implementation and onboarding
  • Contribute to revenue generation by identifying upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in Salesforce (CRM) to ensure sufficient handoff to the sales team
  • Work with the Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams to share client feedback and respond to customer needs

 

You...

  • Are extremely comfortable with calling and speaking to clients over the phone
  • Are acutely organized and have knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
  • Have an understanding of audio recording technology or experience of the performing arts
  • Are personable, approachable, and friendly with a professional edge
  • Have experience with Salesforce.com (not required but considered an asset).
  • Are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, Powerpoint or Google Presentations.
  • Have a college diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Have two years of on-the-job training in a similar customer service position
