Position Description:
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to work primarily with our Product and Development teams to scale and deploy machine learning models within our analytics web application.
The successful candidate must possess superior verbal and written communication skills and be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will also have strong people and organizational skills and be comfortable as an effective member of a productive team.

Position Description:
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to work primarily with our Product and Development teams to scale and deploy machine learning models within our analytics web application.
The successful candidate must possess superior verbal and written communication skills and be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will also have strong people and organizational skills and be comfortable as an effective member of a productive team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with refining the machine learning strategies used to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with data engineer to select and prepare data for model training and production applications.
- Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models at scale.
- Continuously monitor model results in production and retrain models as needed to improve results.
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with Python, R, C#, or other back-end programming languages.
- Experience with SQL Server, data structures, data modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
- Extensive knowledge of the analytics process, ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow or Keras) and libraries (such as Pandas and scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics for model development and ongoing monitoring.
- Experience with GIT, or similar source control software.
- Familiarity with continuous integration.
- Strives for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Nice to have:
- ASP.NET Web API
- Knowledge of distributed computing systems (Hadoop, Spark, etc).
- Advanced degree in computer science, data science, math, statistics, or a related discipline
- 3+ years experience in a data science or programming role
