Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality technical documentation that adheres to industry standards and effectively meets the needs of the target audience, with an initial focus on our website's technical content.
- Develop instructional videos and other multimedia content designed to simplify complex technical processes for end-users.
- Engage closely with software developers to gather crucial information, comprehend project details, and clearly translate technical concepts into understandable content for various audiences.
- Play a crucial role in updating and refining these resources.
- Demonstrate exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a portfolio that showcases experience in technical writing.
- Possess a strong understanding of IoT technologies, with the capability to efficiently learn and write about new technologies.
- Show proven ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and extract detailed, critical information.
- Meet on-site work requirements due to security restrictions
- Hold a degree or have a background in a related field, such as English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Software Engineering, or Computer Science, which is preferred.
