Position Description:

 We are looking for a full time Marketing Coordinator to work primarily with our Sales and Marketing team.

The Marketing coordinator will be responsible for providing marketing support and liaise with teams internally as well as external agencies.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage individual marketing campaigns and promotional tasks with internal and external team members
  2. Assisting with planning/supporting conferences, company functions and other special events
  3. Manage written and visual marketing collateral for B2B software products, our sales team and other departments as necessary
  4. Project manage the creation of various outsourced content
  5. Coordinate social media strategy and create online context
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify product needs or gaps
  7. Assist with product management tasks as required
  8. Tracking, analyzing and reporting marketing tasks as required
  9. Determine customers’ needs and desires through market research
  10. Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
  11. Manage the creation supporting material to bring new products to the market, including internal and external launch collateral
  12. Assist in early product trials, user interface design and quality assurance
  13. Perform other administrative duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Communication skills are vital. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. Should be able to manage numerous projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly on projects as changes are needed
  • A strong drive for wanting to dive and learn more about marketing, promotions, creative and media, PR, editorial and all other
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

 

Experience Required:

  •  A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications,
  • Job related experience
