We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our Team in our London, Ontario.

Job Duties:

  • General support as required by the IT Manager.
  • Support users either in person, over the phone or remotely to assess their technical requirements and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Work on SAP/ERP/Office 365/VPN.
  • Work closely with all departments within Hyundai L&C Canada to gain a solid understanding of each departments needs as it relates to IT.
  • Maintain and monitor Cyber Security
  • Oversee the function of the network, servers, backups and security.
  • Utilize the current data systems to generate reports and create query reports for management.
  • All other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Post Secondary Diploma in Computer Systems.
  • Experience in SAP system, Windows Server, Network, Cyber Security
  • Experience in projects in the Microsoft infrastructure environment
  • Configuration (DHCP, DNS, AD) Policy Definition and Application
  • Experience with MDM and INTUNE, Endpoint Security for Windows, iOS and Android
  • Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 operating systems
  • Exchange Server, SQL Server, Backup Methodologies, Zebra, Videojet/Clarisuite, iOS/ Android & Various Types of Office Equipment.
  • Experience in Help desktop related issues at all levels, and determining how to resolve faulting applications
  • Ability to multi-task a variety of diverse requests, priorities, and activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak and understand Korean is an asset
  • Must be available for on-call coverage.
