The Role

Techdoz is committed to being a company of the highest quality in every aspect of business. We are seeking an IT Support Technician - Level 1 Part Time (25 Hours) to join our newly expanded support team to maintain our clients full technology needs.

• Provide onsite first level/help desk support to clients with excellent customer service
• Provide timely problem identification, diagnosis and resolution to our clients.
• Effectively communicate with clients and customers onsite and over the telephone
• Build strong business relationships and credibility with clients & customers
• Document processes for the installation, maintenance, administration and support of computer, network and infrastructure components as changes or updates are made
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Proven working experience in IT or relevant experience
• Excellent customer care abilities
• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills, with emphasis on listening, verbal and written communication capabilities
• Requires applicant to complete a local police criminal check and RCMP fingerprint security assessment.

Position may transition to full time (w/ benefits) with successful candidate. Techdoz offers a competitive salary, benefits (including spouse) with the ability to work from home.
