Director of Client Success

This Opportunity: 

This is a full-time, long-term, senior management opportunity. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, full-time hours at our east London office. (Work hours are somewhat flexible but this position cannot be fulfilled remotely.) 

Cleanlist is beginning a scale-up journey with the objective of doubling in size (from a dozen people) over the next 18 months. As a company, we need to move fast and make a lot of changes. As a Director of Client Success, your job will entail significant front-line work to help us retain and grow our client relationships, while at the same time working with our leadership team to develop processes and systems that will scale and support these requirements in the future.

To be successful, you’ll require these skills and experiences: 

• An advanced business degree, or equivalent experience 
• Senior level experience in account development and management, preferably at a technology company
• A general business background, with specific experience in marketing and technology and the intersection between
• A passion for people, growth, and process
