Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to assist our Vice President of Audience Development in driving lead generation and expanding the business. You will be working on a cross functional team to coordinate partnerships with content creators on Instagram, Tik Tok, SnapChat, Facebook and Youtube. You will conduct market analysis, maintain the CRM system, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads, maintain relationships, organize media, and complete a range of administrative duties to improve processes.
To excel in this role you; enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent people skills, are proficient in analyzing and managing large amounts of data, are resourceful and a problem solver. You will need to be organized and detailed oriented, not let “No” slow you down and lastly, must be willing to develop a strong understanding of the media landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities
- Maintaining a CRM of prospective candidate company and contact information
- Providing regular pipeline updates
- Coordinating outreach and conversations to arrange prospect meetings
- Assisting with preparation of presentation materials for prospective candidates
- Maintaining relationships and conversations with prospects
- Coordinating agreements and organizing media for team use
- Improving and adjusting business development processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Media or related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- A strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and SnapChat platforms
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative, make-it-work attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience with SalesForce or PipeDrive is a plus
- Experience working with content creators is a plus
- Previous sales experience is a plus
