Our operations require traditional IT effort including local and remote networking, security, NAS, enterprise backup, server, WAN and IP telephony.  We have built a significant technology stack as a group of developers learning “IT” as we go and strongly believe that a development-first mindset will be essential moving forward.
Our customers rely on our services 24×7, 365 and to deliver on our promises we maintain a large active monitoring system.  Extending this monitoring system by developing new checks, responding to issues and ideally predicting them is a key component of this position.  There are exciting opportunities to expand and enhance our monitoring system and work with the software developers.
