Description

 

ITRG Executive Services are on significant growth trajectory – this has created a need for a new learning and development capability exclusively dedicated to this team. The right individual will be a hands-on professional who is process driven and has experience delivering training/ coaching senior level consultants and C level leaders. This role will be critical for us to build the skills and competences in our executive services needed to transform our business and achieve our strategic priorities. This role has potential to grow to a team lead in future with L&D expansion

Key Responsibilities: 

New Hire Onboarding ~30%

  • Maintain and improve the Global Services Onboarding program
  • Coordinate delivery and quality of new hire onboarding
  • Run feedback surveys and incorporate appropriate improvement/ changes in onboarding program

Ongoing Training and Capability-Building ~ 50%

  • Develop and execute an ongoing training and development plan focused on strategic capability building – Servicing Excellence Training, Technology Enablement training, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for and coordinate group training that improve overall capabilities (e.g. coaching, peer to peer learning sessions, sharing best practices)
  • Manage call certification training and tracking activities
  • Build and maintain training curriculum for key Global Services processes, practices, and playbooks
  • Collaborate with department leads and quality analysis inputs to identify learning gaps and requirements
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement for training systems and processes
  • Run feedback surveys and incorporate appropriate improvement/ changes in overall training program

Learning and Development Content Management ~ 20%

  • Develop and maintain LMS modules to support ongoing training and capability building
  • Develop and maintain LMS modules to support new hire onboarding
  • Maintain SharePoint for L&D and additional ES Services Content
  • Develop and Manage L&D communication planning and execution

Key Selection Criteria: 

  • A seasoned learning and development resource with experience of building curriculum, delivering content and training to C level and/or Professional services (Management consultants, etc.)
  • Understanding the business value of IT and partnerships with Business and IT strategies
  • Strong relationship builder with wide networks
  • Strong independent self-starter who takes initiative in managing their day to day
  • Easily builds rapport and relationships with tenured senior executives while creating trust with CIO executives
  • Technically sufficient and work with minimal direction – SharePoint and content building ability in word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills
