IT System Administrator

ZTR Control Systems currently has an opening for an IT System Administrator.  If you love technology and investigating issues, you think on your feet, have a sense of urgency, enjoy providing solutions for others, and can manage multiple tasks and ever-changing priorities; this is the job for you! Managing this growth includes being accountable for hardware support and software application support. This position offers a lot of autonomy and requires tremendous flexibility and adaptability. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and user support across the organization.
• Manage hardware standards.
• Manage security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Support the corporate IT team with network services (LAN, WAN, VPN, telephone, hardware & software).
• Assist in provides technical support for all corporate product solutions involving servers and networking.
• Manage IP Phone System.
• Manage Corporate Collaboration Suite (Video, Voice, Screen Sharing, IM and file sharing)
• Mentor junior team members when applicable 

 
Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Computer Systems
• 3+ years of experience in a System Administrator role 

Technology Experience Preferred:

• Microsoft Server 2012 and 2016.
