Application Administrator
ZTR is looking for an investigative and organized Application Administrator to provide support to our multiple divisions and employees globally. As the Application Administrator, you play a key role in developing and supporting the lifecycle for our software applications. This position offers a lot of autonomy and requires tremendous flexibility and adaptability.

As the Application Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Technical support, develop customization and manage system development lifecycles for MS SharePoint, MS SQL Server, MS SSRS Reporting, MS Dynamics CRM, ERP Systems (Epicor), and System Integrations.
- Hardware support for server and work stations
- Desktop support for Microsoft and Linux systems
- System Administrator support for MS Server 2012-2019
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 10+ years’ experience as a system administrator or application administrator.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and web-based applications.
- Experience with Business Process Management.
- Experience with Microsoft server 2008 to 2016, SharePoint, MS SQL and SSRS reporting.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse group.
- Proficient multiple tasking skills with the ability to manage ever-changing priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work individually and as part of cross functional teams.
- Experience with Software Development.
- Experience with ERP Systems and CRM Systems.
