WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our product managers are experts at gathering client needs, envisioning how digital components will be built, and working collaboratively with designers, developers, and stakeholders to see product builds through to completion! The successful incumbent will be working with our amazing product team to develop, and maintain, our Time and Attendance software.

As a product manager you will:

• Create buy-in for the product vision with key stakeholders.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Manage products under purview to ensure new products and product enhancements are delivered on time and to the standard that our clients have come to expect from us!
• Ensure we are implementing a design thinking framework throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build out effective communication and training strategies that will excite our team and our clients.

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

You are a product management professional who:

• Is passionate about building products that clients love.
• Has proven experience and success as a product manager in a SaaS environment, preferably working with the agile model of development.
• Has at least two years of experience as a product manager.
• Has a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technology.
• Has demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and/or exceed business objectives.
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Has a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that align with our vision.
• Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Has a degree or diploma in a related discipline.
• Has proven experience with product management in a SaaS environment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can pivot between tasks and changing priorities with ease.

It’s a bonus if you:

• Have successfully completed a product management certification program.
• Have previous experience with HR-related products such as time and attendance or payroll.
• Are familiar with the HR tech industry.
• Have previous software or web development experience.
