UI Developer
iCONECT is a world-leading eDiscovery platform that allows corporation, government entities, and legal firms to host data for the purpose of document review.The UI/Design position offers the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle. You will grow your skill set by leading the user interface design, provide direct UX feedback as well as see your vision come to life by creating the underlying code. You will work with the team using cutting edge technologies to implement solutions using object oriented design with focus on modern web browsers, system performance, security and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Create world class user interface using the latest browser technologies
- Design a fantastic user experience that implements the requirements
- Develop minimally functional prototypes considering optimal User Experience
- Liaise with the quality assurance team to ensure complete and timely product delivery
- Support clients by addressing UI defects in a timely manner
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience with front-end web development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Extensive development experience in Front-end technologies using advanced JavaScript
- In-depth understanding of Object Oriented JavaScript Programming using Design Patterns
- Experience in interactive and responsive web development using HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience in UI performance testing and cross-browser compatibility testing
- Experience with client-side web frameworks including React
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with Git SCM
- Experience with SASS
- Experience with Selenium/WebDriver
- Experience with Asp.NET and C#
- Experience with web application development from a security perspective
- Familiarity with common security vulnerabilities
