Join our winning team as a Marketing Operations Analyst

CARFAX is growing and seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Analyst to help support the Dealer and Service Marketing teams with the data, analysis, and strategies to scale to the next level. The Marketing Operations Analyst will track digital marketing trends, collect and analyze both marketing and dealer performance data, and provide campaign optimization strategies and insights.

 

At CARFAX, we work to build long lasting relationships with our customers throughout the buying, owning and selling phases of the used car process. This position is full time and reports to the Director of Marketing Operations.

 

As the Marketing Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Collect and analyze campaign data from our Marketo marketing automation platform and Salesforce.com
  • Create dashboards to help marketing managers and other internal stakeholders visualize program performance to make data-driven decisions
  • Track and maintain key performance indicators across the Dealer and Service Marketing teams
  • Work closely with business operations and systems (Marketo, Salesforce.com) to scale and streamline Demand Generation and Customer Retention program execution
  • Recommend strategies to optimize and scale our digital marketing programs across channels
  • Analyze lead scoring components to continually improve lead lifecycle performance
  • Work closely with sales operations to connect marketing performance to sales results
  • Help inform and manage our new multi-channel attribution reporting technology (Bizible)
  • Compile and analyze dealer performance reporting metrics to recommend and measure the use of dealer-specific data in digital campaigns

 

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing or business analysis
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Data Science preferred
  • Strong data manipulation and data visualization skills
  • Advanced Excel skills as well as proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (such as Microstrategy)
  • Understanding of digital marketing across email, social, display, web, and social channels
  • Ability to work across teams to find, inspect, assemble, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, and creative problem-solving ability
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics a plus
