Account Manager (Remote)

Your Job

As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact on select client accounts utilizing a high-touch model to ensure stakeholders of each account are happy while also minimizing churn. If you are passionate about people and thrive on being a coach and partner to your clients, this is the role for you! Ultimately, we create fans by working closely with our Clients.

Your Focus

  • On-Boarding and Activation of multi-location accounts
  • High touch model to ensure accounts are happy and have minimal churn
  • Coaching users on how to grow their business
  • Educating large accounts on how to get the full value out of their subscriptions
  • Identifying retention strategies for existing accounts
  • Identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts as expansion of revenue will be a measurement of success
  • Regularly scheduled meetings with main stakeholders for each account

Who You Are

  • Being obsessed with customers, and putting them first.
  • You are a relationships “person” and know how to prevent Client loss.
  • High energy with a natural marketing ability.
  • Experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • You learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness.
  • People would describe you as persuasive & charismatic.
  • Lastly, you’re a logical thinker and able to reason through technical issues.
