Marketing Analyst

 

Location: Remote Canada - Eastern Time Zone

Reports to Title:  Senior Account Executive, Business Development

 

The Role:

For this role you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our client’s Canadian Connected Vehicle content and services (Uconnect). You are not only the subject matter expert, but also the liaison between the US and Canadian Uconnect teams, advocating and strategically planning for the Canadian Connected Vehicle market. Your awareness for the slightest changes of detail and your ability to work independently on ensuring those changes or differences are communicated and adhered to by appropriate teams (internal and external) are a must. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the Stellantis US Uconnect team and be an advocate/liaison and subject matter expert (SME) for the Canadian connected vehicle services stakeholders/Canada Uconnect team.
  • Attend meetings with the US Uconnect team to remain updated on US market planned features and campaigns, and to communicate updates to the Canada Uconnect team
  • Be aware of US features in development that are not available in Canada, and work with the Canada Uconnect team to ensure that those features are removed from Canadian content and campaigns.
  • Working closely with various internal departments, client teams, and third-party contacts to ensure the accuracy of Canadian connected vehicle content and services.
  • Remain updated on differences between US and Canadian connected vehicle services to ensure that Canadian Uconnect content is accurate and up-to-date, while also maintaining awareness of potential new features being introduced in the US.
  • Working with the Canada Uconnect team to validate, get approval for, or review marketing related materials and technologies.
  • Support the Canada Uconnect team in strategic planning of campaigns, as necessary.
  • Review CRM marketing materials and general communications for Canadian CRM templates.
  • Facilitate and validate Canadian Vehicle Uconnect Services activation and renewal reports.
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and insight for activation/renewal performance when needed.
  • Actively follow-up with internal, external, and client teams to ensure 
  • deadlines are met.
  • End-to-end validation of connected vehicle content and features during introduction, planning, development and post-production phases.
  • Review websites (ex. https://www.driveuconnect.ca/en), mobile applications, or other technologies as part of validation process, as needed.
  • Good understanding of vehicle features and the logic to know why there would be differences.
  • Proofread content for clarity, grammar, and spelling errors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications: 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Able to work in Ontario/Canada and within driving distance to Windsor is preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar role (at least two years)
  • Fluency with French is preferred but not a requirement
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools/apps, Google apps
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools
  • Comfortable working alone or with a group
  • Comfortable working remotely and with remote teams
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Well organized and effective at handling administrative work
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills through face-to-face, inbound/outbound calling and emails
  • Able to recognize and resolve complex problems and client needs
  • Great energy, work ethic, and positive attitude
  • Internet savvy with a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Timing of hire is immediate with training on Autodata and Stellantis processes
