Note: This is a full-time position (35 hours per week).

Duties: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Marketing Officer develops and implements comprehensive strategic communication projects and campaigns which further the objectives of the College CRM strategies. The CRM Marketing Officer will work closely and collaboratively with the team of college Marketing Officers to be sure overall college marketing communications is consistent, effective and coordinated. The CRM Marketing Officer will ensure that lead capture strategies are implemented and CRM data is precisely managed. The CRM Marketing Officer is responsible for the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of lead nurturing campaigns, and the use of e-marketing in the marketing strategies of targeting prospective students and their influencers.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary 3-year diploma/degree in Business Marketing or Communications, Customer Relationship Marketing and Sales Management, Business Analysis or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience with leveraging Salesforce and an integrated marketing automation tool to execute complex campaigns and sales business processes in B2C/B2B environments, including email programs, custom landing pages, intake forms, etc.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Experience delivering presentations to medium and large size groups is a requirement
  • Strong project management, technical and analytical skills; demonstrated ability in taking initiative and working as a team member is also required
  • Strong marketing understanding including interviewing and research, along with analytical, decision-making abilities, the sales cycle and customer journey
  • Marketo certification is preferred but not required
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required
  • Experience with API platform integrations is an asset
