Essential Responsibilities:

• Work directly with project stakeholders across Paystone to establish Salesforce solution design and implementation plans
• Collaborate with Business Analyst(s) on Salesforce project requirements and solution scope
• Lead delivery and testing phases of projects related to Salesforce platform
• Advise on architectural decisions within Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Portals and Integrations)
• Deploy updated solutions to the environments (Dev, Test, and Production)
• Monitor Salesforce instance for errors and performance
• Triage and resolve production support tickets for issues reported in the Salesforce Production solution
• Manage the regular Salesforce upgrade process, including regression testing, potential remediation, and communications
• Prior experience with the use of ETL tools to prepare data for migration into Salesforce from various 3rd party data sources
• Perform data maintenance activities using Salesforce.com Data Loader
• Develop reports and dashboards within Salesforce using standard reporting
• Comfortable with using project delivery tools such as JIRA and Asana

Requirements: 

• You demonstrate flexibility and versatility in meeting objectives and should be able to manage your workload and update
• Management on task progress. You should already demonstrate progressing skills in building solutions and in optimizing and
• Improving Salesforce applications and systems
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Strong consulting skills - including communication, professionalism, meeting facilitation
• Baseline skills/experience in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution
• Design and Vendor Management.
• Knowledge/experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation – typically - Agile for Salesforce
• Be Salesforce certified ADM 201,Platform Developer I ,Platform Developer II (Preferable), Application Architect (Preferable).
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
• Knowledge on Flows,Process Builders, Validation Rules, Approval Process,Complex Formula fields and all other OOB features.
• Experience integrating Salesforce CRM with other internal/external applications using SOAP and REST based web services.
• Expertise in the technical design & development/implementation of solutions on the Force.com platform
