Customer & Digital Marketing Associate

Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 Annual Salary


Wufers is currently seeking an experienced Customer and Digital Marketing Associate to join their Team. The Customer and Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for merchandising, fulfillment management, and collaborating with other departments to solve any issues that customers may have. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a passion for making customers happy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries on social media
  •  
  • Moderate customer interactions on social media (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)
  • Support our external Customer Service Team in solving any customer issues that arise via email or text
  • Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures
  • Monitor customer service trends and provide feedback and improvement ideas
  • Develop standardize documentation to streamline the customer service experience

 

eCommerce Merchandising:

  • Create Amazon and Shopify listings for each new product launch including but not limited to descriptions, image and listing formatting, tagging, and inventory syncing
  • Update, manage, and maintain all listings with correct information
  • Maintain and update Facebook/Instagram and Amazon Shops
  • Share updates with internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone updated on inventory levels and product availability
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wufers’ products and services
  • Creating and maintaining listings of all current and future products (Titles, descriptions, images, prices, product specs, quantities, etc.)
  • Create weekly & monthly reports that support future inventory forecasting and ordering

 

Website Management:

  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly
  • Coordinating with the IT department to ensure website changes/updates are rolled out on time

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years customer service experience in a professional setting
  • 1+ years of experience with inventory management would be preferred
  • Understanding and prior use of Shopify and Amazon Seller Central for e-commerce
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment and manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other remote teams
  • Proven problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and customer-focused mindset
