Compensation for this role is $17.25/ hr (please note that wages are currently under review).

Your Role: Office Administration Extraordinaire

  • Order Processing & Customer Support: Handle high volumes of orders and payment transactions with meticulous attention to security and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Returns: Assist with light to medium office shipping activities and liaise with customers and our distribution center.
  • Team Collaboration: Support our sales, marketing, and purchasing teams with various order activities and vendor campaigns.
  • Customer Service: Take customer calls to ensure seamless transactions and excellent service.
  • Accounting Support: Creating invoices, reconciling payments, following-up on outstanding payments through our collection process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience in a professional office setting.
  • Skills:
    • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Proficiency with MS Office, email, phone systems, and web-based applications.
    • Basic hardware and software operation skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
    • Fluent in English and French.
