Account Manager (In-Office & Remote within 2-3 hours of London ON)

Position Location: London, Ontario or within 2-3 hour radius.

Hybrid working arrangement, in office and remote options available.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. 
  • Attend conference calls and web-based meetings. 
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 
  • Responsible for managing a book of accounts and maintaining client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and facilitate project requests in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets 
  • Achieve a high volume of successful connections (calls & emails) on daily basis
  • Meet all client needs and project deliverables according to proposed timelines

 

Skills Required

  • Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism. 
  • Excellent communication skills; must be a listener, a good presenter, and a people-person
  • Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management experience considered an asset. 
  • At least 1-2 years on Inside Sales Teams, Acquisitions or Business Development Teams.

 

Educational Requirements  

  • Minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience in as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant,  Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Account Executive.
  • Completion of college diploma or university degree or real-world sales experience.
