We care deeply about our products and our customers. We’re more than just a company: We help millions of consumers make more-informed decisions every day. We know that our teammates are our most valuable asset, and we value a balanced life while tackling challenging projects in a fast-paced environment.  One last thing: Our four-day week continues in Summer 2023!

We’re are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help CARFAX become an industry leader in the Used Car Reliability space. As Senior the Product Manager – Reliability & Repair Costs, you will lead our newest product, Reliability & Repair Costs, aimed at helping consumers and dealers understand the potential risks and costs of unexpected future repairs.  You’ll orchestrate teams of talented and passionate statisticians, analysts, engineers, researchers, and designers to distribute CARFAX Reliability & Repair Costs everywhere.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead CARFAX’s Reliability & Repair Cost product strategy designed to help consumers and dealers understand the likelihood of unexpected costly repairs before they buy a vehicle.

  • Collaborate and communicate with analytical and technical teams to bring the reliability data model in-house and continue to optimize it over time.
  • Make decisions based on qualitative and qualitative data. Deeply understand used car shopper needs, pain points and behaviors, and transform that knowledge into a cohesive roadmap of features and consumer insights that align to company goals.
  • Work with UX design and research to determine the optimal consumer display within the CARFAX product suite.
  • Manage multiple internal stakeholders and interact with members of the Senior Management team.
  • Translate your product vision into detailed functional specifications.
  • Define key performance metrics and reporting for tracking product success.
  • Understand CARFAX’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven player coach with the confidence to bring new ideas and solutions to the team.
  • Ability to summarize complex data and products to drive strategic decision making.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive compensation, benefits and generous time-off policies
