ZTR Control Systems is looking for an organized and detail oriented Project Coordinator, to join our Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) team.  Our team supports customers during initial installation and on-going technical support of our industrial telematics solutions. We are very dynamic as team members work autonomously on their projects with customers but are always able to enjoy the camaraderie of each other’s experiences.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:  

• Manages and coordinates end to end job/project workflow communication with Customers, Stakeholders and Partners
• Conducts initial contact with Customer and Service Providers to verify correct contact information, job/project expectations and job/project scope to ensure successful service delivery
• Obtain installation schedules from Partners and confirm times with Customers ensuring proactive communication
• Arranges delivery of product and communicates with Partners and Customer to ensure job/project can start on time
• Properly completes paperwork for install partners
• Maintains install tracking sheets
• Reviews and reconciles monthly invoices from Partners
• Verifies job/project completion with Customer and handles post-completion job/project issues

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project coordination or customer service experience is preferred
• CAPM, PMP or PMI-SP credentials are an asset
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail oriented with personal desire for accuracy
• Builds rapport with customers and with Installation partners to improve company brand and retain relationships
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Travel up to 10%, primarily in the US, with some potential for international travel.
