THE OPPORTUNITY

As our talent and people specialist you will:

• Be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment experience for all HRdownloads’ recruitment needs.
• Contribute to attracting, sourcing, hiring, and retaining the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
• Prepare recruitment materials including job postings, interview documentations, and offers.
• Lead onboarding planning and execution.

This opportunity can be fully remote, blended, or fully in office. You choose!

ABOUT YOU

You are a recruiter or HR professional who:

• Has at least three (3) years of experience as a recruiter, either in house or for a recruitment agency.
• Has proven recruitment experience within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Has experience with screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Has proven success with attracting candidates using various sources, including social media networks and employee referrals.
• Is results driven and motivated to achieve goals.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
• Has hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or demonstrated success in Human Resources.

It’s a bonus if you:

• Know your way around Workable.
• You have a RPR or RAS designation.
• Are fluent in English and French!
