As a Business Development Director – Default Solutions you will establish strong industry relationships and leverage those for the purpose of creating and fostering client value. You will represent FCT Default Solutions in a customer facing capacity, understanding the client needs and creating innovative solutions.

 

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Grow business and exceed sales targets from clients or potential clients that are identified while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure we exceed in our customer satisfaction ratings
  • Assist in uncovering and capitalizing on opportunities through your industry knowledge while leveraging internal expertise
  • Research and develop prospect markets, set sales objectives and deliver to those objectives
  • Work with internal resources in understanding opportunities or network contacts
  • We pride ourselves on delivering expert knowledge in the industry and in doing so you will work with internal peers in order to clearly establish and communicate proposals to existing or prospective customers
  • Foster and protect existing client relationships
  • Manage expenses and measure to success of varying approaches

 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • University degree from an accredited post-secondary institution 
  • Expertise in credit risk management, default management or collections related fields
  • Business development experience in a solution selling business to business sales environment
  • Proven ability in building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Confident ability to make sound business decisions and ensures best practices
  • Sound presentation skills that meet the mark quickly for executive buy in
