As we continue to grow, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Information Technology Network Analyst L3 supporting our London Administration office.
The Information Technology Analyst L3 is responsible for providing expert-level support and administration for our network infrastructure, including supporting network components on-premises and within Azure. This role plays a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. Expertise will be crucial in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our network environment. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of networking concepts, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
The successful candidate will:
- Perform and manage continuous system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement changes to IT systems following established change management procedures. Ensure proper testing and validation before implementing changes.
- Manage multiple tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines, and working well under pressure, along with proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware, software, and licenses to track and manage IT assets effectively. Keep records of warranties, service contracts, and expiration dates.
- Design, plan, and implement complex network solutions, including LAN, WAN, data center networks, wireless networks, and virtual networking environments.
- Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and operational metrics. Analyze trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain network architecture and documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Respond to incidents and service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems to minimize downtime and disruption. Follow established incident management processes, document incident details, and communicate with stakeholders regarding incident resolution progress.
- Provide quality technical support, issue diagnosis and troubleshooting to internal teams and other stakeholders regarding existing systems, including network connectivity, security, and other cloud and internal applications.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan and implement IT projects related to system administration. Define project goals, requirements, and timelines. Coordinate resources, track progress, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and solutions that can enhance network administration processes and support business goals. Conduct research, perform proof-of-concepts, and collaborate with vendors to assess product offerings and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, or cloud services.
- Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, VPNs, access controls, and cloud-based security solutions within virtual networks and cloud environments.
- Design, implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies to protect critical systems and data. Create and test disaster recovery plans, and ensure they align with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Do you have a College Diploma or University Degree in the field of IT Security and/or Networking?
- Do you have 5 years’ experience in an IT related field as a network analyst, or similar.
- Do you have extensive experience with network designing, implementation, configuration, and products, particularly Microsoft Azure, Cisco, Meraki, & Palo Alto?
- Do you have a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Azure Network Engineer Associate?
