We are seeking a dynamic Manager – Dealer Accounts to lead, inspire, and elevate a high-activity team. The ideal candidate brings formal management experience, an track record of leveling up account management performance, and expertise in maximizing customer retention and satisfaction. You will leverage modern AI tools to streamline processes, optimize go-to-market strategies, and empower your team to deliver high-value consultations over the phone and on Zoom.

- Lead, train, and develop 10+ Account Managers in your assigned region.
- Motivate, support, and reward a hardworking, high-activity team—fostering a culture of excellence, recognition, and continuous growth.
- Provide active coaching and mentorship to help team members deliver value-driven consultation, data-backed performance reports, and performance summaries over the phone and via Zoom.
- Establish metrics to evaluate team effectiveness in dealer engagement,satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Drive strategies that level up account management operations, consistently exceeding customer satisfaction expectations and maximizing account retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals by expanding partnerships with existing CARFAX dealers.
- Guide reps on establishing rapport, conducting effective account reviews, and handling complex escalations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while driving overall account health and long-term retention.
- Implement innovative methods to boost dealer engagement and elevate customer experience.
- Leverage AI capabilities to optimize workflow organization, enhance team focus, and boost overall productivity.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and finance to unlock new revenue channels and improve processes.
- Champion customer-focused initiatives that demonstrate the distinct value proposition of CARFAX products and vehicle history solutions.
- Formal Management Experience: 2+ years of direct, formal team management experience leading and scaling Account Management or Customer Success teams.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of leveling up account management performance, achieving high retention rates, and consistently exceeding customer satisfaction benchmarks.
- Virtual Coaching Expertise: Strong ability to coach, mentor, and train reps on conducting impactful consultations, presenting performance reports, and closing value via phone and Zoom.
- Team Builder & Motivator: Proven ability to energize, support, and reward a high-activity team to reach peak performance.
- AI & Productivity Proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools and productivity tech to improve go-to-market execution, workflow organization, and operational focus.
- Core AM Background: Account management or client success experience; automotive industry background is a plus.
- Salesforce & Tech Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Excel.
- Core Leadership Traits: Strong consulting, negotiation, presentation, and time-management skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Language Skills: Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.

This posting is for an existing vacancy. Base Salary:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 annually. Final base salary will be determined based on geographical location, experience, and qualifications.
