Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role
Red Rhino is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take creative ownership of campaigns, brand systems, and high-profile design projects. This role requires both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution at a very high level of craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design direction for campaigns, branding, and digital experiences
• Oversee creative development from concept to delivery
• Present work confidently to internal teams and clients
• Mentor and review the work of junior/intermediate designers
• Collaborate with strategy, content, and digital teams to build cohesive solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7+ years of agency design experience
• A portfolio that demonstrates brand development, campaign creative, and digital design excellence
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate strategy into creative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

• UI/UX or motion design experience
• Experience building design systems and brand guidelines

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,0000
