You will collaborate cross-functionally across Growth, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to deliver exceptional customer service and act as the voice of the Enterprise customer. This is a mid-level, high-impact role that plays a vital part in shaping the customer journey and driving long-term business value.

Duties

  • Build and maintain influential, long-term relationships with stakeholders across all levels, from operational teams to executive representatives.
  • Understand customer business objectives and align AutoVerify solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage data; analyze metrics and trends to develop strategies that maximize customer value and engagement.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement targeted interventions to minimize churn and increase retention.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, aligned with customer expectations and success milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class support and manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
  • Advocate internally for customer needs, serving as the Voice of the Customer to Product, Marketing, and Technology to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews to highlight customer achievements, discuss performance metrics, and align on future goals with executive stakeholders
  • Evangelize AutoVerify's value proposition by participating in webinars, conferences, and industry events when required.
  • Communicate new features, enhancements, and products to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information and activity in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Support and contribute to strategic enterprise initiatives led by senior leadership.
  • Direct all dealership sales queries, customer opportunities or upgrades to the Pods.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise relationships with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; bilingualism in French is an asset.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Adept at using data to inform decisions, prioritize actions, and communicate ROI.
  • Experience with CRM tools—HubSpot preferred.
  • Passion for technology and a commitment to creating exceptional customer journeys.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Performance Package

Salary: $70,000-80,000/year

On-Target-Earnings: $85,000 - 95,000/year

The salary range listed is for a Canadian employee. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to salary, eligible AutoVerify employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
