Northern is looking to add a Salesforce Solutions Consultant to our growing team!
As a Salesforce Solutions Consultant at Northern, you will be instrumental in driving success by providing tailored Salesforce solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. You’ll support the sales process by conducting engaging product demos, assisting with technical discovery sessions, and shaping proposals. Your ability to offer creative solutions and overcome challenges will be crucial in enhancing the client experience. By providing technical expertise and insight, you’ll ensure successful project outcomes and help drive growth. Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other sales team members to develop tailored solutions and proposals, demonstrating the value of Salesforce implementations.
- Conduct product demos, technical discovery sessions, and assist in drafting SOWs for potential clients.
- Provide technical expertise to shape sales strategy, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Salesforce products.
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient Salesforce configurations.
- Develop and maintain documentation to support sales efforts and ensure clear communication of solution capabilities to clients.
- Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Share knowledge and best practices to promote professional development within the team.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and maximize the value of Salesforce within the organization.
Knowledge, Education & Experience Required
- 5+ years’ experience with planning, selling and/or delivering Salesforce projects
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
- Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a similar field of study
- Salesforce Consultant certifications
- Active in the Salesforce community
- Experience supporting with pre-sales
- Sales/Service Cloud Experience required
- B2B/B2C Commerce Experience required
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Salesforce Architect Certification(s)
